Tapered Labels 1.3

This application is designed for users who need to create labels that fit containers with uneven shapes and varying widths at the top and bottom. It facilitates the creation of templates featuring appropriately tapered sides and curves, ensuring an accurate fit.

Instructions and Features

1. Top: Measure the circumference at the top position of your label on the container and input this value into the top numeric field.
2. Bottom: Measure the circumference at the bottom position of your label and enter this value into the bottom numeric field.
3. Height: Measure the height of your label, which is the distance between the top and bottom positions. Enter this value into the height numeric field.
4. Rounded Corners: If rounded corners are desired, specify a numeric radius value. A value of zero will produce sharp corners.
5. Coverage: The default coverage setting is 100%, resulting in a label that completely wraps around the container without gaps or overlaps. Adjusting this value above 100% will create an overlap of that percentage, while a value below 100% will introduce a gap equivalent to that percentage. Press the round button next to "Coverage" to view the unit value of the percentage.

Header (Optional)

• Title: Input any custom name you wish to display at the top of your PDF template.
• Description: Provide a brief description of the label to be displayed beneath the title.

Settings (saved, but can be revised)

• Units of Measure: Choose between millimeters or inches for your measurements.
• Rounding: Select the number of decimal places for all displayed values.
• Contact Information: Include your contact details to be shown at the bottom of each template.

Save

To save your template, tap on the Template icon located in the bottom right corner, which generates a PDF. The Mail icon in the upper right corner allows you to create an email attachment for your PDF template, including all entered values.

Tips

• Measuring Suggestion: For measuring circumference, utilize a piece of string or flexible wire. Lay it flat against a ruler to obtain an accurate measurement.
• Perfect Fit: Initially, enter all measurements without a corner radius, using a coverage setting of 100%. After generating and printing the PDF template, make necessary adjustments before finalizing with your corner radius and coverage settings for another PDF output.
